Last Updated: August 18, 2026

Welcome to DeltaRelay.com, operated by Rojan Sinha. These terms explain how subscribers may access and use DeltaRelay as an alert and monitoring subscription service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeltaRelay, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

DeltaRelay monitors public regulatory sources and delivers alerts about regulatory changes, enforcement actions, recalls, deadlines, and related agency updates.

Subscription tiers include Starter, Growth, and Pro plans with state coverage, source coverage, team access, and feature limits described on the Pricing page.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use DeltaRelay lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and review alerts before taking business or compliance action.

You may not resell, bulk export, scrape, or redistribute alert data except for internal compliance use by your subscribed organization.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime through account settings when paid accounts are available.

DeltaRelay offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible paid plans. For refund requests, contact support@deltarelay.com.

5. Intellectual Property

The DeltaRelay platform, software, design, logo, and related materials are owned by DeltaRelay or its licensors.

Alert content is provided for the subscriber’s internal compliance use. Public source materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their original publishers.

6. Data & Alert Accuracy Disclaimer

DeltaRelay provides informational aids and does not provide legal advice. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Compliance decisions remain your responsibility. DeltaRelay is not liable for missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts, or for actions taken based on alert content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DeltaRelay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or create legal, security, or operational risk for DeltaRelay.

9. Data Retention Policy

Starter plans retain alert history for 30 days. Growth plans retain alert history for 90 days. Pro plans retain alert history for the life of the active subscription unless otherwise agreed.

Account records may be retained as needed for billing, security, legal, and operational purposes.

10. Cancellation & Account Expiration

After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. After account expiration, DeltaRelay may provide a limited grace period before deleting plan data according to the applicable retention window.
